Good Samaritan Saves Stabbed Teen
Feb, 01 2007 - 4:50 AM

EDMONTON/630CHED - Police say a teenager is very lucky to be alive after he as stabbed and left out in the cold in deep south Edmonton late last night. The 17-year old was found staggering and bleeding heavily in the area of 34th Street north of Ellerslie Road. If he hadn't been found he might have died from a combination of cold exposure and his injuries. A citizen drove the wounded youth to the Grey Nun's Hospital ER. Staff there determined his stab wound was possibly life threatening and he was transferred to the University Hospital for surgery. Police tell CHED News the teen won't tell them who stabbed him but they have a pretty good idea of the motive.
